{"id":29,"date":"2015-10-29T15:55:47","date_gmt":"2015-10-29T15:55:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ville.magog.qc.ca\/bibliotheque\/?page_id=29"},"modified":"2023-03-20T13:02:57","modified_gmt":"2023-03-20T18:02:57","slug":"retards-bris-pertes","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ville.magog.qc.ca\/bibliotheque\/abonnement-et-pret\/retards-bris-pertes\/","title":{"rendered":"Retards, bris, pertes"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=&#8221;77&#8243;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h4>Frais de retard<\/h4>\n<p>Document rapport\u00e9 apr\u00e8s la date d\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ance du pr\u00eat :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>0,10 $ par jour par document (livres, jeux de soci\u00e9t\u00e9, etc.)<strong>;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1 $ par jour par document <strong>en location<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>Maximum : 10 $ par\u00a0abonn\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>Documents endommag\u00e9s ou incomplets (livres, cd, dvd, jeux, revues, etc.)<\/h4>\n<p>Lors du retour d\u2019un document, l\u2019\u00e9tat physique de celui-ci est v\u00e9rifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Des frais de r\u00e9paration mineure s\u2019appliqueront pour le remplacement de pi\u00e8ces perdues ou endommag\u00e9es, pour r\u00e9paration mineure et\/ou reliure. Une facture sera \u00e9mise.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019un document est jug\u00e9 trop endommag\u00e9 (taches, souillure, d\u00e9chirure, moisissures, crayonnage, abim\u00e9 par l\u2019eau et autre liquide, grignoter par un animal, mauvaise odeur, etc.) ou qu\u2019une pi\u00e8ce importante d\u2019un jeu est perdue ou endommag\u00e9e, une facture est \u00e9mise indiquant le montant de la p\u00e9nalit\u00e9 et le montant des frais d\u2019administration exig\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La p\u00e9nalit\u00e9 \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 la valeur marchande du document \u00e0 remplacer. Le document demeure la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de la Biblioth\u00e8que Memphr\u00e9magog.
